The bias dial has a very wide range which really gives the fuzz that bit crushed and splotchy sound.
Even with the bias off and just the fuzz on its own it sounds very good.
With the fuzz all the way up, the notes still sound good, it doesn't get all muddy.

In my room, I use this pedal to clip the sound waves of my electric guitar from sine to square wave. I like the way this pedal does this: both the bias & fuzz controls offer a wide variety of sounds, color, texture, ... Just amazing!

Mein erstes Fuzz.. und genau was Ich wollte.

Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem tauglichen Fuzz gewesen, was in die Blues-Rock-Ecke passt. Sounds ala Gary Clark, Tyler Bryant oder Eric Gales. Nach vielem Probieren und Testhören wurde Ich irgendwie nicht so richtig glücklich, bis mir, durch Zufall, die neue JHS 3 Series unterkam. Die Reviews hörten sich klasse an also habe Ich probehalber eins bestellt und Ich bin super happy. Für einen angemessenen Preis ein klasse Sound in robustem Gehäuse. Knöpfe laufen sauber, kein Brummen o.ä. Einzig ein High-Pass fehlt mir. Das Pedal wird selbst ohne den fat-switch, bei hoher Lautstärke ziemlich bassig. Manchmal stört's aber all in all bin ich super happy mit der Kiste!! Ich hab das Fuzz vor meinem 2555x mit leichter Zerre. Fuzz verträgt sich super damit! (Der Bias-Regler ist auch geil, übler Billy Gibbons!!) Als nächstes gibt's einen Octaver direkt dahinter.. B-)
